I am writing you this letter to inform you of a terrible act of cruelty against innocent horses that has tarnished the reputation of your state, its law enforcement and its citizens. These horses were deliberately left to starve and die, through monstrous neglect and cruelty on a farm in Roodhouse, Ill., by the owners of the farm, citizens of your state. There is mounting evidence that this barbaric, criminal neglect, was known and covered up by local authorities. This heinous crime against helpless beings was more than aggravated animal cruelty, and can only be viewed as the willful murder of these horses, sentient beings starved to death!

Ms. Madigan, over the past years, I have many times been a visitor to your fine state in my business and personal travels to Chicago, which I consider to be one of the finest cities in the world! I can tell you that if this heinous act against the horses goes unpunished, that if the monsters that committed these crimes are not held accountable and punished to the fullest extent of the law, I will NEVER set foot in Illinois again, on business or otherwise, and will advise EVERYONE I know to boycott your state. There are already hundreds of thousands of outraged human beings in the USA who feel exactly as I do and there will be countless others to follow, as this story spreads like fire around the world via FB and Twitter! You have an opportunity here to show the world that this monstrous behavior will not be tolerated in Illinois, and that you will not let criminals like this remain on the streets, for the good of animals AND the public; or you can become the poster state for animal cruelty, corruption and legal apathy towards dangerous sociopaths! The choice is yours!

The Horse Nation and Humankind have been partners in the growth of civilization and human development since the dawn of time. The survival and destiny of the two species has been inextricably intertwined throughout the mellinnia, both witness and participant in nearly every important event in the evolution of human history. Horse and Human have stood shoulder to shoulder for thousands of years, involved together in all of the conquests, explorations, expansions, and settlements that have shaped and built our world. More accurately, humankind has ridden the back of this strong, durable, loyal partner through countless wars, migrations, and developments, resting comfortably atop, or in a wagon, or a carriage behind this magnificent ally, always confident and reassured in the knowledge that the incredible strength, loyalty and enduring spirit of our horse brethren would win the day!

The bond between Human and Horse has been nourished throughout the centuries, as countless societies and civilizations survived and flourished from the food harvested from generations of horses toiling, without complaint, for endless hours plowing and cultivating the fields that sustained life for humans all over our world.

There is no “Westward Ho!” without the dedication and drive, cooperation and courage of the Horse. There would be no America, no Illinois, and no expansion and settlement of the human race almost anywhere on earth without the service and sacrifce of the Horse Nation!

Please do the right thing for the horses and the State of Illinois and bring these criminals to justice! Thank you.

Below is a story, it needs investigation, the police have the evidence that this person is not guilty but he is still in jail!

I know where William was when this crime took place, not at the crime scene.

A Springfield man is jailed on $1 million bond for allegedly beating and threatening to kill a woman who is testifying against his wife in a theft case, authorities said.

William P. Noble, 41, of the 1200 block of South Spring Street was arrested Thursday. He is charged with impersonating a police officer, trespassing, witness intimidation, witness harassment, battery and home invasion, according to court records.

Sangamon County sheriff’s deputies were sent to the Pioneer Motel, 4321 Peoria Road about 2:15 a.m. Wednesday after a resident heard a woman screaming for help in the apartment next door. She called 911, then walked over to check on the resident. The victim’s front door was standing open, and she was lying on the floor screaming for help, the woman said.

The victim, 48, said she had heard a knock on the door. When she asked who was there, a man responded it was the sheriff’s office. The victim answered the door and saw Noble standing outside, accompanied by a man she did not know. She slammed the door on them, but Noble kicked it in, grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground, she told deputies. The second man began punching and kicking her.

The victim said Noble repeatedly told her she had better drop the charges she had filed against his wife. He then got a butcher knife from the victim’s kitchen and put it against her throat while saying that if she did not drop the charges he was going to come back and kill her, she told deputies.

Noble and the man with him then left.

The victim said the incident was part of an ongoing problem and that it gets worse each time.

No information was available about the theft case against Noble’s wife.
